2003東京車展勁報─HONDA IMAS破風上演

在今年的東京車展中，HONDA將展出數款概念車，對於關心HONDA未來的車迷來說，想必是十分關切吧，畢竟不論是新車或概念車，血液裡有HONDA基因的車迷們，都會迫不及待想擁有吧，這也是HONDA所創造的獨特魅力！
在此AUTONET將為讀者們再介紹一款HONDA的全新概念車─IMAS，在尖銳的線條風格下，其實是擁有輕量化的車身設計，搭載油電燃料混合系統並且以符合空氣力學的原理所設計的運動化車款，強調的是兼具性能與環保，這也是今年東京車展各大車廠的概念車主要課題之一。
而為了達到極輕量化的目的，因此車身是由碳纖維與鋁合金材料所構成，四米長的車身總重只有700kg而已而風阻係數的Cd值更低到只有0.20，動力系統則是來自於HONDA有名IMA系統的進化版本，這應該也是其IMAS命名的由來，暗示其將以IMAS發展出更多的新IMA動力系統車款。
