    大家要小心,HONDA準備開發FR後驅車!

向來僅開發前驅車著稱的HONDA,這下也耐不住寂寞,準備要開發FR後輪驅動車,和歐洲雙B一較高下看誰功力高。

HONDA在底盤與引擎動力上的成就,一直以來都是日本高性能的代表,但令人遺憾的是,這家FF功力絕對是一等一的車廠,在1963年推出S500的FR小跑車,1990年代的採用MR驅動的NSX和Beat後,幾乎都致力於FF的開發,甚至頂級旗艦Legend,也是以FF為基礎的SH-AWD,雖然前驅車比較好開,但卻失去真正的駕馭樂趣,因此HONDA已經開始著手開發FR專用底盤與車種,據了解應該是下一代的ACURA RL,也就是掛上H廠徽的Legend;當然還有一說是搭載V10引擎的高性能跑車。

為了顧及便利駕駛,HONDA的FF設計功力相當了得,不僅兼顧到一般駕駛人的習性,也能提供優異的操控性,然而FF再如何厲害,實在無法取代FR,當然也因此失去許多愛好者的青睞,有鑑於此,HONDA已著手進行FR底盤和車型的開發動作,預計在2010年之前會和消費者見面,而Prototype則是2009年洛杉磯車展的重頭戲。

一旦HONDA開發出FR車款,並獲得市場熱烈迴響的話,以這家車廠向來的作為,勢必會將這種底盤結構延伸至一般乘用車,搞不好下一代Civic、Accord都會是FR而不是FF呢!
