    HONDA新世代柴油引擎i-DTEC,歐規新Accord搭載預定

已經成功開發出自家配方柴油引擎的HONDA,其第二代心臟名為i-DTEC,排氣量為2.2升,預計在2008年搭載於下一代新Accord上,且油耗表現每公升居然可達18-18.5公里!

由第一代i-CDTi柴油引擎為基礎所開發的i-DTEC,無論廢氣淨化功能、輸出功率、油耗表現都有更卓越的進步,在改變燃燒室形狀的前提下,採用2000Bar的共軌燃油噴射系統,在霧化更為完全的情況下能讓燃燒更完全,且搭配新型渦輪設計,在前後方排氣的變更下讓觸媒能提早運作,將廢氣中的碳粒子等先行過濾。根據 HONDA表示,新i-DTEC柴油引擎的輸出功率比i-CDTi提升了20-30﹪左右,且在油耗測試下獲得平均每公升18-18.5公里的成績。

此外,i-DTEC柴油引擎不僅能符合更嚴苛的Euro5歐盟五期環保標準,更可通過全球最嚴格的加州Bin5,當然這一切都得歸功於廢氣處理系統DPF。所以在層層關卡的把關下,i-CDTi的NOx絕對低於標準值非常多。

而這具新柴油引擎預計2008年先行搭載在新一代Accord上,爾後2009年再正式於北美販售,看來HONDA除了Hybrid、燃料電池外,柴油引擎也是相當吸引人的節能科技。
