    產能逐步復甦,HONDA今年前5月全球產能成長58.1%、逼近180萬輛大關

回顧2011年,日本車廠HONDA肯定是心有餘悸,去年先是受到311日本強震衝擊,隨後9月的泰國洪災更造成重創,讓HONDA可說是遭逢創廠以來的最大巨變,2011年的全球汽車製造數量較2010年同期下滑20.2%至291萬輛的水準。不過隨著原廠產能的調整及泰國廠區的復工,HONDA的產能也逐步復甦,今年前5月的全球產能較去年同期成長58.1%、來到1,793,052輛的規模;同時日本當地前5月更有121.9%的成長幅度,當地產能目前已累積至495,196輛。

若說311日本大地震導致HONDA原料供應困難、發展計畫的運行受到阻礙,9月的泰國洪災則是打亂了HONDA的整個佈局,因為泰國工廠在原廠全球戰略中攸關亞洲與大洋洲市場供需,由於整座工廠都遭到了洪水的淹沒,不僅許多生產設備遭殃,上千輛準備運往其他地區販售的新車也全數泡在水中,停工長達半年之後,直至今年3月26日才總算恢復生產,產能損失總計高達26萬輛。

不過即使連遭天災重創,經濟局勢也不甚理想,HONDA依然展現出逆境求生的氣勢,除了2012年前5月的全球產量已逼近180萬輛大關,5月產能更展現驚人氣勢,日本當地成長113.1%至74,043輛、海外地區成長176.0%至283,576輛,累計製造出357,619輛新車,較去年同期成長了160.1%之多。估計日本方面乃是受益於N Box迷你跨界小車的熱賣,海外地區則是得力於Civic、CR-V及全球戰略小車Brio的暢旺買氣,因而也促進了產能的節節高升。

但是必須提及的是,由於去年311日本大地震的〝餘波盪漾〞嚴重影響料件供應,不僅日本當地,當時全球的產能均深受影響,HONDA在2011年上半年的全球產能也衰退27.7%、僅剩下130.3萬輛的水準;因此隨著原廠產能的逐漸恢復,今年產能的高成長倒也在預料之內。而為了完全擺脫2011年的陰霾,HONDA也不因目前的復甦情況而滿足,除了將投資3.4億美元在印尼建設第二生產廠,預計2014年完工,聯合原有廠區將使產能達到18萬輛的規模;另外也計畫在泰國當地再興建一座工廠,預計2015年完工,年產量估計可達12萬輛。
