奪冠福地？HONDA宣佈F1相關業務總部將在英國落腳

F1（一級方程式賽車）的車迷應該都知道2010、2011、2012年的車手總冠軍是由Sebastian Vettel所拿下，而這三年來車隊總冠軍則也是由他隸屬的INFINITI Red Bull Racing車隊所獲得。而這支車隊的總部設立於英國Buckinghamshire的一個小鎮，還有2013年賽季表現出色的LOTUS F1 Team車隊總部也是設立在英國Enstone。

而將在2015年重返F1賽事的HONDA，在日前也宣佈與McLAREN的各項F1合作業務總部會設立在英國Milton Keynes附近。原本McLAREN車隊的總部就在英國Woking Surrey。以地緣來說HONDA的F1距離英國倫敦有37km，McLAREN車隊也只有80 km遠，就近設立總部讓兩家車廠的開發作業能夠更加順利。

不過以引擎供應商以及開發KERS系統（Kinetic Energy Recovery System）動能回收系統身份的HONDA，則選擇在日本開發並製造1.6L V6渦輪增壓引擎。至於英國Milton Keynes的總部，則會和McLAREN車隊進行車身以及擾流空力等開發作業。而英國這個總部最快在2014年6月就會開始運作，為2015年F1賽季佈局。

即便2015年還早，但對於HONDA來說盡早準備才能取得先機，由於HONDA在2008年時因為資金問題退出F1賽事，這次重返不只要找回以往的實力，還有80年代到90年代和McLAREN共同創造的輝煌佳績。至於現今的F1賽事到了2015年會不會有所改變，就看HONDA能否在渦輪引擎上有突破的發展了！
