在國內大型車級距當中，HONDA Accord可說是相當經典的地位，而在2013年HONDA Taiwan的產品策略有所改變之下，全新第九代Accord改採進口的方式引進，以美國原裝進口車款之姿，具備最新進化、最高質感、最佳安全性等高規格式樣，再次樹立國內中大房車全新價值；其源自美國本田（HONDA of America Mfg.,）高級品牌生產線Marysville工廠，產品品質信賴可靠，且新款動力採用HONDA先進「Earth Dreams Technology」傳動科技，達成高效動力輸出與環保節能油耗的極佳表現；進化車格更顯大氣穩重，內涵智能舒適蘊底，內外全面躍昇的Accord，最適合自信駕馭的都會菁英者青睞。

HONDA創新的Earth Dreams Technology技術，應用在Accord動力革新上，結合高效缸內直噴技術及G-Design CVT變速箱，整體提升10％的動力與油耗表現，在一貫HONDA駕馭樂趣DNA前題下，徹底發揮最佳傳動效能。Earth Dreams的新科技引擎更因為傑出的燃油經濟與動力輸出，入選美國今年度十大引擎美譽。

而Accord所搭載的2.4L動力引擎，在排氣量2353c.c.以及i-VTEC 智慧型可變汽門正時與揚程電子控制系統的配置下，不僅享有台灣排氣分級的稅金優勢，更可創造出188hp/6400rpm最大馬力與25.0kgm/3900rpm的峰值扭力輸出。搭配G-DESIGN SHIFT LOGIC CVT無段變速系統下，擁有13.0km/L的平均油耗表現，以及2級能源效率表現。

在4880×1850×1465mm的車身尺碼與2775mm的軸距長度之下，九代Accord擁有相當寬敞且舒適的空間表現，同時內外裝大幅進化，外型兼具動感與洗鍊設計元素，車頭與車尾造型設計前後相應，車身立體折線營造視覺上氣派厚實感受，呈獻不凡價值品味。內裝簡約高質感風格，應用飾板、皮革材質與縫線式樣合組散發低調內斂，尤其特別強化車室寧靜工程，讓駕乘變成一種悠然享受。

同時原廠也未久待Accord導入了相當完備的安全防護配備，全車系標準主被動安全配備有：ABS煞車系統、EBD電子煞車力道分配系統、VSA車身動態穩定系統、MA-EPS方向盤動態修正輔助系統、HSA斜坡起步輔助系統、雙前座自動預縮式ELR安全帶、前後停車偵測雷達；高階Exclusive頂級款更提供LaneWatch盲點監視系統、LED頭燈、3模式倒車攝影，提供駕乘者最安心防護。

此外車身結構更採用ACEⅡ鋼骨防護車體，以最高1500MPa、780MPa等級高張力鋼材，強化車體結構及主樑部位，加上全車系6輔助氣囊，提供車內乘客最嚴謹安全保護。Accord已在美國囊括兩項頂級安全獎項：IIHS協會的Top Safety Pick+進階安全首選車款，以及NHTSA/NCAP撞擊測試五顆星最高評價車款，安全品質更勝同級歐日中大房車。

其他豐富的科技配備包括：8吋i-MID中文化多功能資訊系統、ECO assist節能輔助系統、6支高傳真揚聲器、雙區域恆溫空調及後座出風口、駕駛座8向電動調整座椅、叢集式多功能方向盤附音響控制、定速巡航、Paddle Shift換檔快撥鍵功能。先進Smart Entry / Push Start智慧啟動系統則為高階Exclusive頂級款專屬；部分等級增配中文化觸控NAVI導航系統；HONDA Accord擁有豐富的配備、沉穩內斂的外觀設計搭配上整體的質感，可說是直逼進口豪華大型房車。
