泰國洪災衝垮HONDA產能？！北美工廠11月減產一半、泰國工廠可能關閉半年！

AutoNet汽車日報先前已多次報導，今年的日本車廠可說是災難不斷，先後遭受311大地震、日幣匯率強升重創，現今位於泰國的工廠更因泰國數十年來最嚴重的洪患紛紛停擺，其中最嚴重的則屬HONDA唯一完全被洪水淹沒的Ayutthaya工廠。根據外媒報導，HONDA已經停止營運數週的Ayutthaya工廠，而今甚至可能將被迫關閉達6個月之多，一旦成真，勢必直接影響到HONDA的全球產能。
HONDA的Ayutthaya工廠位於曼谷以北，去年生產了17萬輛汽車，佔全球產量的5%，主要生產車款為Civic及Accord，最主要的則是汽車零件的生產。由於遭到洪災完全淹沒，即使恢復生產，HONDA也必須為Ayutthaya工廠修復甚至更換新設備；倘若停產時間達到半年，預估將減少HONDA至少10萬輛的產能。
泰國洪災對於HONDA全球產能的影響目前已逐漸浮現，HONDA最近即表示，位於美國及加拿大的6座工廠自11月2日至10日之間將減少產能達到50%之多，11月11日（星期五）也不會開始製造車輛，同時到11月底前都將取消周六的輪班工作，甚至到12月中下旬以前都不會完全恢復正常生產。不僅如此，原定今年12月開始販售的全新第四代CR-V，也將推遲上市日程數週左右。
由於日本大地震導致零件短缺，HONDA今年7月到9月的營業利潤較去年同期大幅下滑68%至525.1億日元（約201.9億台幣）；而受到日幣匯率升值影響，7月至9月的淨利則下滑55%至604.3億日元（約232.3億台幣）。而今HONDA表示目前尚無法計算泰國洪災造成的損失，因此已放棄預估全年獲利。HONDA及其旗下高級品牌ACURA約有87%是在北美工廠生產，但有部分關鍵電子零件是由泰國工廠和其他地區供應，泰國洪災的威脅一日不退，HONDA的全球產能勢必也將持續受到衝擊。
