HONDA售後服務滿意度，在中國J.D. Power調查中拔得頭籌

HONDA Fit在中國以飛度之名上市。

根據J.D.Power對中國車主進行的年度消費者服務滿意度調查中，HONDA旗下的廣汽本田與東風本田都獲得了消費者相當高的一致肯定，分別以896分及891分的高分位居第1、2名，而BUICK則以887分緊追在後。而去年位居中國售後服務滿意度第一名的CHEVROLET，今年則以879分落居第5名的位置。而HONDA在中國的兩個合資企業雖然各自擁有不同的經銷商網路，但卻都能獲得最佳的分數，顯然HONDA對於兩家合作企業的要求與規範都相當的紮實。

J.D. Power對中國地區所進行的2011年售後服務滿意度調查結果排名。

J.D. Power的此份調查主要是針對購車在1-2年內的車主，對於授權經銷商的保養與修理服務的滿意度，進行總分為1000分的調查，其中服務質量占得分的比重為24％，服務設施與服務後交車比重各為21％，至於服務顧問與服務啟動則分別佔18％與17％。此回則針對了12,160名在2009年2月至2010年5月間、在33個中國主要城市購車的車主進行面對面採訪。

而在這項調查中，行業的平均水準是833分，較2010年增加了14分，同時也是該調查在中國進行的11年中得分最高的一次。而調查中獲得最高分的前10名全數都是外資車企，除了前文所提及的HONDA、BUICK與CHEVROLET之外，包括CITROEN、PEUGEOT、NISSAN、AUDI、VW（一汽大眾）與BMW都名列榜上，但是最受中國消費者歡迎上海大眾卻排名第20名，M-BENZ也只有拿到第19名。

值得注意的是，多數獲得較佳排名的汽車企業多為與外資合作的車企，中國本土的車企僅有上汽榮威、東風風神、奇瑞、一汽轎車與吉利五家的得分，得以超過產業的平均分數。其中合資車企的平均分數與中國自主品牌的的差距也從去年的56分拉大到65分的水準。
