隨著與ISUZU之間的合作，HONDA在1994年推出第三款SUV，也就是以ISUZU Bighorn為藍本換上自家廠徽的Horizon，如果和Jazz及Crossroad相比，Horizon似乎來得更長壽，因為它可是一輛三排七座的SUV！
如果和原創的Bighorn相比，Crossroad僅在水箱護罩及座椅表面重新設計，並賦予專屬的車色和鋁合金輪圈造型，其餘的機械結構和造型等都完全相同，車身尺碼和軸距則同為4660×1745×1840mm、2760mm，座艙為三排七座配置，提供不錯的乘坐空間，甚至還將恆溫空調、六支揚聲器音響系統等列為標準配備。同時還推出「handling by LOTUS」的特別版本，導入專屬水箱罩護板、登車踏板、備胎蓋、定速巡航等，旦懸吊底盤並未經過調校。此外，為了經營北美市場，Horizon甚至還換上ACURA廠徽以SLX在當地販售，卻因價格比Bighorn更高並未獲得青睞。
動力共有3059cc直列四缸SOHC直噴柴油渦輪引擎和3165cc V6 DOHC汽油心臟，前者具有125hp/3600rpm、28.0kgm/2000rpm功率輸出，後者則能發揮200hp/5600rpm馬力和27.0kgm/3600rpm扭力，1998年隨著Bighorn的調整，換上2999cc直列四缸SOHC直噴柴油渦輪引擎和3494cc V6 DOHC噴射汽油引擎，輸出馬力分別上漲至160hp/3900rpm、230hp/5600rpm，扭力則增加至34.0kgm/2000rpm、32.0kgm/3000rpm，並和五速手排與四速自排搭配組合，性能有著明顯提升。前雙A臂、後四連桿、245/70R16輪胎、四輪碟煞、5.8m最小迴轉半徑、四輪驅動/差速器等，則都列為Horizon的標準設定。
雖然1995年CR-V發表後並交出漂亮成績單，並陸續在1996年和1997年不再銷售Jazz、Crossroad，但HONDA並未即刻放棄Horizon，而是等到1999年才終止，畢竟當時HONDA產品陣容中尚無七人座SUV，捨棄了終究可惜。
