    日本名車系列(126):HONDA Prelude(1982-1987年)

1982年11月25日發表的第二代Prelude,不僅打出FF超級巨星的稱號,更是協奏曲最輝煌時代的開始。底盤結構採用前雙A臂懸吊設計,並採用只有跑車才有的啟閉式頭燈組,比起第一代的引擎蓋更低上8-10公分,而雨刷也大膽採用單臂設計,和NISSAN第三代三門掀背Silvia、第一代NISSAN Gazelle三門掀背、ISUZU Piazza相同,這在超級跑車風靡的年代都讓消費者感到新鮮。

第二代Prelude在日本可是受到女性喜愛,主要是嶄新大膽的內裝鋪陳與設計,特殊的前乘客座造型在當時有著「約會車」的稱號。此外第二代Prelude可是日本第一輛搭載4W.A.L.B(ABS)的乘用車(XZ、XX車型),無論安全性或者技術性都在領先地位。

動力上搭載1.8升直四SOHC的12氣門引擎,並採用CVCC-II的雙化油器,五速手排變速系統可輸出125hp馬力,四速自排則稍向下調整為120hp,此外在低斜的引擎蓋下,引擎本體後頭裝上空氣濾清器,這種設計在全同級對手中實屬首見。

1985年6月20日推出頂級的2.0Si車型,主要是搭載與第三代Accord相同的B20A引擎,直四DOHC與16氣門的1958cc心臟,配置HONDA最引以為傲的PGM-FI電子控制噴射系統,使得Prelude獲得高達160hp/6300rpm的馬力,與19.0kgm/5000rpm扭力,也因此第二代Prelude從誕生到大改款總計生產60萬輛,當然也包含外銷到北美歐洲等市場的車型。

此外,HONDA為當時日本TBS電視台金曜劇場的主要贊助商,因此頗受歡迎的戲劇「金曜日の妻たちへII 男たちよ、元気かい?」中,第二代Prelude為伊武雅刀與高橋恵子所飾演佐野夫婦的愛車,這也算是置入性行銷的先驅。
